Cracking Masonry?

There are many reasons for cracks appearing in masonry from a simple wall tie corrosion failure to subsidence.  Thor Helical has developed several specialist products to deal with these problems.  It may well be that the answer is a simple installation of remedial wall ties, lintel beaming, or if more advanced, crack stitching.

If subsidence is the problem, Shire Piling is an economical method of underpinning building foundations where moderate movement has been experienced.

Insurance is available where installed by one of our approved specialist contractors for a period of 20 years for remedial wall ties, 12 years for Shire Piling and 10 years for Crack Stitching,  if the contractor is no longer there to honour his own guarantee.
